    用烤箱的温度烘出浓郁的蛋香、蔬菜的鲜甜,做法相对简单而且营养丰富。

    Step 1

    冷锅下1汤匙橄榄油,炒香蒜茸后下椰菜花、黑芥末籽和海盐翻炒至去生,然后盛盘待凉,备用。Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in wok, saute garlic until fragrant; add in cauliflower, mustard seeds and sea salt, stir-fry until cooked; dish out to cool.

    Step 2

    将炒椰菜花和芝士碎倒入蛋液里,拌匀。Pour cauliflower mixture and cheese into egg sauce and mixes well.

    Step 3

    冷锅涂上1汤匙的橄榄油,烤箱预热200度,倒入椰菜花蛋液,慢火烘至熟后,取出。Grease pan with 1 tbsp olive oil, pre-heat oven at 200°C, pour cauliflower mixture in to pan and bake in oven until cooked; remove from oven.

    Step 4

    撒上所有的材料B,即可享用。Sprinkle all ingredients B over and serve.
